We do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible! Orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped with Australia Post for safe and reliable delivery. Shipping rates vary based on your location and shipping option.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewellery! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
To start a return, email us at narliedesigns@gmail.com or via our contact us page with your order details. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
Please note: Custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the transaction.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days of receiving it with photos, and we’ll make it right.
